English Surebets cannot be worse or better; they are found by the same scanner tools according to predetermined algorithms.
However, scanners generally reduce the functionality of free surebets compared with paid surebets.
For example,
- Delays in scan results of 15 minutes or more are quite common. Since many surebets disappear within 5–10 minutes after detection, you receive notifications for many surebets that no longer exist.
- Limited arbitrage returns. Surebets displayed for free are generally limited to profit margins of 1% or less. The most profitable surebets are hidden, meaning that you can only bet on surebets with a low return on investment.
- Limited number of bookmakers. While paid scanners show you the odds of all bookmakers for a particular game, a free surebet program may show you only some of its selections.
- Restrictions on the type of bookmaker arbitrage. In the search mode for free arbitrage betting, middles and value bets are usually not displayed.
- Some scanners limit their free versions to only a few sports.
