What else are surebet players called?

Besides the familiar “surebet player,” you may encounter other definitions.

• Arbitrageur. Surebets are a type of arbitrage betting (which also includes middles and value bets). Therefore, the name “arbitrageur” is often encountered. The word itself came to us from trading, where arbitrage also referred to a situation with guaranteed profit.
• Forker. In English, “вилка” is “fork,” hence the name.
• Bettor. This is what all people who place bets at bookmakers are called. Therefore, formally, the concept also applies to surebet players.
• Capper. This definition can also be encountered, but it is incorrect. Cappers are generally understood to be people who make predictions on sports they know well, and this has nothing to do with arbitrage betting. However, this name appears in some sources.
