OddStorm is one of the longest-running arbitrage betting scanners, operating since 2006. It covers both prematch and live surebets and is particularly known for its scanning speed.

The service covers more than 60 bookmakers and also includes an arbitrage calculator, odds comparison tools, and support for middles. OddStorm is positioned as a premium-priced scanner, which may make it better suited to experienced arbitrage bettors.

The fastest arb scanner is the best scanner. Speaking of the operation speed, OddStorm undoubtfully holds the leadership. The service provides tools for analyzing a wide range of abs — both pre-match and live ones. Processing such a bulk of information, it flicks through dozens of bookmakers within seconds, and therefore this software totally deserves the top place in our rating. Let’s figure out why.

Created in 2006, OddStorm has made it to get numerous long-standing fans, being a premium-segment service offering convenient interface and rich functionality. The service spans more than 60 bookmaking offices, and the quality of operation justifies subscription plans absolutely.

This is why novices rarely give it the nod, but for solid-stake gamblers, there is no another professional tool as great as Oddstorm. The scanner is capable of providing the following data:

  • Live surebets;
  • PreMatch surebets;
  • Middles (pre-match and live);
  • Polish Middles;
  • Bookmaker price analysis;
  • Arb bet amount estimation (via an online calculator).

It should be noted that OddStorm is the only scanner processing Polish Middles. Though the latter are not purely win-win ones, numerous gamblers are interested in them. Being “arbish”, they are perceived as ordinary bets by most bookmakers. The core of the strategy is leveraging as many outcomes as possible. With that, the first bet is Asian Handicap, bisected during calculation; the second bet is made for the opposite outcome. Usually, Polish Middles emerge in soccer, and lose in case of a draw.

For testing, the service offers searching for surebets of up to 1% profitability. No registration required, testing goes just through the website. No-donation simple sign-up will open up the following opportunities:

  • both web and desktop scanner versions available;
  • searching for surebets up to 1.50 profitability ration;
  • comparison of coefficients and movements;
  • arb-subject learning materials;
  • priority e-mail support.

Scanner is notable for its speed: processing time amounts to 1-3 seconds for live arbs and 15 seconds for prematch ones. It becomes even more crucial considering the speed is the most significant factor in arbitrage betting — particularly in searching for max-profit surebets.

Features for International Audience

OddStorm is an international service with the user base not limited by the only linguistic group. The website supports various languages, namely:

  • Russian;
  • English;
  • Czech;
  • Bulgarian;
  • Swedish.

However, language switching doesn’t always work properly. But the 24/7 support desk operates in several languages.

Interface

OddStorm enables customers to choose the most preferable way of using the scanner. A website-based version is available without any sign-up. Besides, full-value Windows-compatible software can also be downloaded. The only factor that influences the scanner speed is your Internet provider’s service. By the quality and analysis speed, OddStorm holds one of the top places in its market room. In the web version, arbs are searched for through InPlay and PreMatch section. Both sections have high-detail filters offering to set the following parameters:

  • surebet profitability limits;
  • betting shops;
  • surebet parameters (just-started events, half-game-done events, etc.);
  • notification sound.

The arbs themselves are displayed in the central window block, updated mostly every second. Having found a worthwhile arb, one just needs to click on a betting shop’s name and then estimate a bet amount by means of the built-in calculator. The entire process will take just a few seconds, while “time is money” cannot be more suitable anywhere but here.

Reviews

Among users, Polish Middle backers pay most attention to OddStorm, as this is the only scanner capable of finding them. Speaking of service quality, speed and number of arbs detected, the scanner can barely be criticized. Based on customer feedbacks, the only pinch point is the subscription price.

OddStorm is a grave and highly-functional product offering numerous opportunities for an experienced gambler. It can be beyond budgets of novices, though it is not reasonable to invest much into a subscription when learning basics. Instead, an any-experience gambler can easily grasp ins and outs of arbitrage by virtue of a free version of the scanner. Rich functionality, high-grade support, analysis speed and volume are the factors that bring OddStorm to the top 5 scanners of our rating.

Feedbacks of scanner

Odstорм is one of the top scanners on the market. I believe it should be higher in the rankings, since essentially few can compete with it. It has high speed, minimal issues with surebets (I saw them 2 times in six months of use), convenient work with bookmakers, one-click selection of the required companies, good odds, and a pleasant support service. As someone who likes to sit both in prematch and live mode, I can enjoy the scanner to the fullest. In my first month of use, I recouped the entire annual subscription and still had money left for food.

An expensive scanner. I hesitated for a long time over whether to spend time and money on it or look for something simpler, but I decided to try it and did not regret it. All the important functions are here, reliability is top-notch, and the speed is excellent; I even manage live without stress. All the sportsbooks where I am registered are here. I set filters and track only surebets with them, and there are always some. I do not have to spread myself across 20 bookmakers; I proceed methodically so that I can both earn and avoid getting caught. The only downside for me is the inability to choose the sports I need. I do not want to venture into areas I understand nothing about, so choosing a surebet takes more time.

As someone who used Шторм for a long time, I can say that the developers seem to have completely abandoned improving their product and think only about their own earnings. Otherwise, I cannot explain why there are fewer and fewer good surebets every day. Value bets and middles have not functioned properly for a long time. Selection takes longer, the surebets are worse, and the subscription price is rising. A questionable approach to clients that has never brought anyone to anything good.

I had heard so much about OddsStorm—that it was practically a legend, that it had the very best of everything, and that there was no point choosing anything else—that I logged in and was stunned. If you want to look at both prematch and live betting for one day, please pay 14 euros. You can look at live betting only for just 9. Where do these figures come from? Thanks to arbitrage betting, I’m not struggling, of course, but I almost choked on my frugality. I bought a one-day subscription and realized that with such surebets and such quality of operation, recouping my investment here would be extremely difficult. The site is slow, the odds are dead, and in live betting you don’t have time to do anything at all. All in all, this was the first and last day.

This scanner can only be recommended to experienced arbitrage bettors who know all the finer points of the process and understand what to pay attention to. Beginners will get confused here, trust the first surebet they come across, and go into the red. It seems that Шторма's best days are behind it. Overpriced bets and Polish middles are seriously lagging in terms of quality, and the surebets are following close behind. It is not very clear why the subscription price is so high here, since the user will not receive any obvious advantages.

The program is clearly not for everyone. It is apparent that it used to be elite, but over time it lost its polish while still trying to seem like something strictly for experts. In reality, things are not so cheerful. If finding the right surebet in prematch is not difficult, it is already harder in live mode. The search speed is gradually declining, and the odds are sometimes downright strange. A couple of times I encountered situations where I set a filter for specific bookmakers, yet they still showed me operators I did not need. I am still managing to stay profitable, but at this rate I will not renew my subscription.

A fairly decent little program for arbitrage betting, both before the match and during it. The speed is up to standard, and the selection happens quickly. Even if you filter out almost all the bookmakers, leaving only 3-4 companies, the result will still be good. There are worrying signs that performance will gradually deteriorate, because I used to enter value bets here quite often, and each time there is less and less adequate information there. Perhaps the same thing will happen with surebets, but for now it is possible to work successfully.

Among the advantages, it is worth noting that live mode has an additional filter for setting how much time has passed in the match. You can select those that have just started, those where there is a break, or those already at the end. I will not list the standard advantages. Can things that every scanner has even be called advantages? But there are specific disadvantages. The high subscription price is justified by nothing. There is no filter by sport. There is no certainty that a surebet is actually live, since traps turn up. A week was basically enough for me to understand that the subscription is not worth renewing.

After BB, I came to this scanner to compare the features of well-known programs based on my own observations. I can say that Шторм loses on almost every parameter. At the same time, it's not as if everything here is outright bad. As is well known, the devil is in the details. The speed is slightly lower, the surebets are slightly worse, there are slightly fewer bookmakers, and the price is slightly higher (actually, much higher). You can also successfully grow your bankroll here, but it will take longer.

Oddstorm stands out for its incredible speed in detecting surebets. The real-time updates are impressive, and it's clear that this platform is built for serious bettors. However, the user interface could be more intuitive for beginners. Despite this, it's a solid choice for those who prioritize speed and accuracy.
